Platinum Package

15% Management Fee + Cleaning Fee

Our Platinum Package is designed for clients who want to hand off the day-to-day and trust it’s all being handled. This is our most robust service tier, covering everything we offer; from cleaning and restocking to coordination and guest-ready upkeep. With Managed LLC on your team, you’ll have more time to do what you love, because we’re taking care of the rest!

While we handle just about everything, certain large-scale maintenance items (like appliance replacements or major repairs) may still require your involvement, but we’ll always be there to support and guide you through it!

Gold Package

10% Management Fee + Cleaning Fee

All the perks of the Platinum Package, minus guest communication. With the Gold Package, Managed LLC handles the day-to-day operations that keep your rental running smoothly, from cleanings and restocks to behind-the-scenes coordination. You’ll stay in the loop and take the lead on direct communication with guests, making you the star of the show while we support everything behind the curtain!

Silver Package

5% Management Fee + Cleaning Fee

Need reliable boots-on-the-ground support without giving up full control? Our Silver Package is made for owners who prefer to stay hands-on with guest communication, reviews, and any vendor coordination outside of our standard services; but still want a trusted local team to handle the essentials. We take care of turnover cleaning, restocking, and light property checks so your rental stays guest-ready without the guesswork.

Bronze Package

Cleaning Fee

Just need a dependable cleaning team you can count on? Our Bronze Package is a cleaning-only option designed for owners or property managers who prefer to handle the rest themselves.

We’ll handle guest turnover cleans and keep you updated on inventory levels as needed. Cleans are scheduled between guests, and you’re only charged for the standard cleaning fee, no extra management costs.

Services Include:

  • Seasonal Clean-Up: Leaf removal and yard tidying for a fresh appearance.

  • Garden Maintenance: Plant care, weeding, and upkeep. New plants, trees, or major changes to your garden design may incur additional costs, which will be billed separately. Service plan adjustments could result in a revised monthly fee.

  • Trash & Debris Removal: Ensuring your yard stays clean and clutter-free.

Booking Details:

  • Available in 4-hour increments, with an optional 1-hour extension for a fee

In partnership with Dine with Roilty, we offer private chef services designed to bring fine dining directly to your Airbnb. Whether guests are celebrating a special occasion or simply want to enjoy a night in, Chef Roilty delivers a tailored, high-end experience that’s sure to impress.

Services include:

  • Curated 3 to 5-course meals (standard or THC-infused upon request)

  • 420-friendly options prepared with THC oils for qualifying guests
