We’re a husband and wife duo who fell in love with Airbnb hosting in January 2020—just weeks before the world changed. What began with excitement and a steady stream of bookings quickly took a sharp turn as the pandemic shut everything down. Like so many others, we faced a tidal wave of cancellations, uncertainty, and a steep learning curve.

But our love for hospitality never faded. Instead of giving up, we leaned in; adapting to new cleaning protocols, navigating travel restrictions, and learning how to create a safe, welcoming space in a world that was anything but predictable. Slowly, we rebuilt.

By 2022, we realized we had something valuable to offer beyond just our own listing. That’s when we launched Managed LLC; a full-service Airbnb management company built to support fellow hosts with the same care, hustle, and attention to detail we give our own properties.

Since then, we’ve worked with hosts from all walks of life, managing properties with heart, professionalism, and experience-earned insight. We know the highs, the headaches, and the hustle that comes with short-term rental hosting, and we’re here to make it easier!
