Managed turned that ‘what if’ daydream into reality. They guided me through every step of the process from preparing my property, furnishing and outfitting, to listing creation and marketing. Shawn and Ben have engaged hands-on from the start with repainting, decorating, repairs, and enhancing guest experience. Shawn crafted a cozy but luxurious look with unique themes even with my very limited budget. They were partners from the word go, footing bills for some startup costs just to get us off the ground. I'm pleased with how headache free my experience has been since we started receiving guests, getting 5-star reviews from the start. They have handled all guest communications and issues, website management, and cleaning. They've responded at all hours via phone and in person to address guest needs. They establish positive, cheery rapport with guests from the second they show interest in the property until well after their stay. They've dealt with several demanding clients with kind but firm professionalism. I never have to wonder if my guests are being treated well or issues are handled ethically. I live out of state most of the time, but my family and I use our property throughout the year. We felt like privileged guests in our own space due to the time and attention they have showed, while also taking my input on changes and improvements I wanted to see. From the moment I contacted them, they have been excited to be involved. They have been willing and eager to do everything I have asked of them. On multiple occasions, I've seen an opportunity to improve our property or the guest experience and find they already had the improvement in place before I even had the chance to ask them. They treat the property like their own, while still making me feel like it’s mine. They took a scary business proposition to a no-brainer where I just sit back and collect checks. I’m excited to find additional opportunities to work with them, I cannot recommend them highly enough.
